• All courses will meet during evening hours.
• Classes will be synchronous & meet Monday through Thursday.
• Class time is 90 minutes.
• The class start time will be between 5:30 & 7:00 pm EST throughout the program. There may be exceptions based on the cohort participants time zones.
• Cameras must be on – cameras that are off result in ½ absence.
• Students have five excused absences over the course of the program.
• Please no distractions during class, e.g. if you are off mute responding or asking a question, make sure that there isn’t background noise.
• There is to be no driving during class.
• There is to be no recording of the class.
• We will use the Google Classroom platform and Zoom (please make sure these applications are updated on your devices).
• Please do not ask instructors to make exceptions.

• Coursework from each class should be completed by the end of each class – i.e., Sunday, at 11:59 EST each week.
• Instructors have discretion to grant extensions.

We do not offer financial aid. We are happy to provide a copy of your acceptance letter to any grant or donor organization.
