Our Certification Program is designed to prepare licensed social workers to become Athlete Clinical Mental Health certified (ACMH).
The CCSSWP program includes a synchronous component and asynchronous component.
Students will be involved in an 11-month or 2-month dynamic, creative, and interactive curriculum designed to start or further their practice in sports.
After students complete their coursework, they will sit for a certified exam. Upon passing the certified athlete clinical mental health exam, social workers will be designated as LCSW, ACMH.
CCSSWPI offers Athlete Clinical Mental Health (ACMH) certification for those who complete the CCSSW Program, and to those who wish to sit for the exam.
