Immersion Program classes are offered a la carte – you may take up to 4 classes this way.
This course will explore the types of bipolar disorders as detailed in the DSM-5 as they relate to athletes. Topics will include symptomology, impact on performance, challenges with diagnosis, medication and more. Participants engage in short exercises and case studies.
